In these challenging times that we're in, it is important to continue with a positive mindset. Yoga is one way that you can keep yourself grounded, healthy and have a sense of community. It allows us to have some ease and focus in some testing times. I have decided to take my Yoga classes online through LIVE streaming. I wanted to do this so we can still have the sense of warmth and love from the classes and still feel connected to each other.After all, the word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'.
